Option 1: Contact Form 7 (Free)
The most popular form plugin with over 5 million installations. Flexible but more technical.
Install Plugin
Plugins → Add New → "Contact Form 7" → Activate
Create New Form
Contact → Add New. Example form:

Insert Shortcode
Copy the shortcode [contact-form-7 id="123"] and paste it on a page.

Install Plugin
Plugins → "WPForms Lite" install → Activate
Create Form with Wizard
WPForms → Add New → Choose "Simple Contact Form" template → Customize fields with drag & drop

Google reCAPTCHA v3
Invisible spam protection without annoying image puzzles:
- Go to google.com/recaptcha
- Register reCAPTCHA v3 for your domain
- Copy Site Key and Secret Key
- In Contact Form 7: Contact → Integration → reCAPTCHA
