§3 Registration & Account
- Users must provide accurate registration information
- Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure
- One account per person
- Minimum age: 16 years
§4 Pricing & Payment
Free Plan: €0/month - 10 messages per day
Pro Plan: €24.99/month - Unlimited messages
§5 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Contact: info@woops.ai
§6 Term & Cancellation
- Free Plan: Can be terminated at any time
- Pro Plan: Monthly subscription, cancellable at any time
- Cancellation via account settings or email
§7 User Obligations
- Provide accurate information
- Not misuse the service
- Not upload malicious content
- Not violate applicable laws
§8 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content. Users implement suggestions at their own risk.
§9 Final Provisions
German law applies. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
